Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://www.gawean.id website and the Gawean mobile application (the "Service") operated by Gawean – PT. Gawean Cipta Kerja ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Subscriptions Payment
Gawean reserves the right to charge fees for provision of the Services. Fees may be paid by way of a direct debit arrangement, by credit card or such other method as Gawean permits from time to time in its discretion.
Where an invoice is issued, all amounts owing to Gawean must be paid within 7 days of the date of that invoice.
You are irrevocably obliged to pay for the services that Gawean agrees to provide you with regardless of whether you utilise or fully utilise those services. If you do not provide Gawean with the necessary materials or information for Gawean to deliver these services to you, you are still liable to Gawean for full payment.
Should you elect to terminate your Gawean Account, Gawean will not issue a refund for prior payments. You will continue to be granted access to the Gawean Platform until the conclusion of your subscription to the Service
We may agree to enter into a subscription plan with you. Any subscription plan will automatically renew on the monthly anniversary of the commencement date of the subscription. Any cancellation of a subscription plan will be effective from the conclusion of the subscription period.
Gawean may charge you interest on late payments at its applicable bank interest rate plus any costs we incur as a result of collecting your payment.
If you do not pay any amounts owing to Gawean on time, Gawean may disable your Gawean Account without notice and refuse to supply further services to you.
You agree that Gawean may disclose this information to a credit reporting agency or any other interested person.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible:
For any Content you post on or transmit through the Service. You warrant that any Content you post or transmit is truthful and accurate.
You agree that anyone using or visiting the Service may view your Content.
By posting or transmitting any Content through the Service, you irrevocably licence and authorise us to provide that Content to other users of the Service (including, in the case of Job Seekers, to Employers).
You agree not to post on or transmit through the Service, Content that
is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, malicious, indecent, abusive, threatening, harassing, offensive or inappropriate;
is false or misleading in any way;
infringes the rights of any third party;
you do not have a right to make available under any law or contractual obligation; or
contains viruses, or other computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, limit or destroy the functionality of other computer software or hardware.
We are not responsible for, and accept no liability with respect to, any Content posted on or transmitted through the Service, by any person or corporate entity.
We have no obligation to review Content posted on or transmitted through the Service, but we do reserve our right to review Content.
Without limiting your responsibilities under the Terms and Conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, delete your Gawean Account or remove or modify Content that is in violation of the Terms and Conditions, or that has the potential to harm our reputation. We also reserve our right to investigate or take legal action against anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions (whether because of certain Content, or any other reason whatsoever).
We do not make any representations or warranties as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any Content posted or transmitted on the Service.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense resulting from anyone’s reliance on Content posted on or transmitted through on the Service.
If we believe you have misused the Service, or engaged in inappropriate or unlawful behaviour, we reserve the right to investigate, suspend and/or terminate your Gawean Account at our sole discretion. This includes actions or communications that occur off the Service but involve users you meet through the Service.
The following is a partial list of the type of actions that you may not engage in with respect to the Service. You will not:
impersonate any person or entity;
through any act or omission mislead or deceive others
solicit money from any users;
post any Content that is prohibited by these Terms and Conditions;
stalk or otherwise harass or intimidate any person;
express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us without our specific prior written consent;
use the Service in an illegal manner or to commit an illegal act;
use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, “data mine”, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents;
collect usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Service;
interfere with or disrupt the Service or Gawean Platforms or the servers or networks connected to the Service or Gawean Platforms;
transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted to or through the Service or via the Gawean Platforms (either directly or indirectly through use of third party software);
“frame” or “mirror” any part of the Service, without our prior written consent;
use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to us or to Service (or any trademark, trade name, service mark, logo or slogan that we own or have legal rights to) to direct any person to any other website for any purpose;
modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the Service any software used on or for the Service, or cause others to do so; or
post, use, transmit or distribute, directly or indirectly, (e.g. screen scrape) in any manner or media any content or information obtained from the Service other than solely in connection with your use of the Service in accordance with this Agreement.
We may modify or discontinue the Service with our without notice, and we are not liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect loss or damage that may arise from this.
We do not represent that the Service will be secure or error-free, and we are not liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect loss or damage that may arise from this.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Gawean – PT. Gawean Cipta Kerja.
Gawean – PT. Gawean Cipta Kerja has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Gawean – PT. Gawean Cipta Kerja shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
