We are looking for a skilled and disciplined Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is responsible for food preparation, cooking, and plating, while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and efficiency. The ideal candidate must be able to cook both Indonesian and Western dishes and work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Prepare and cook both Western and Indonesian menu items according to standard recipes
- Responsible for food prep, cooking, and plating with proper presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area
- Manage stock, including checking and storing ingredients properly
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef or kitchen leadership
- Work effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Remain calm and productive under pressure, especially during peak hours
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
