Purchasing Manager
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Manages the purchasing, costing and inventory of raw materials
  • Ensures inventory levels are maintained to fulfill customer orders while maximizing cash flow
  • Forecasts and negotiates with vendors for goods and services, negotiating the best possible price, availability, suitability and supply/service guarantee
  • Ensures suppliers are capable of delivering desired goods or services on time and in the correct quantities without sacrificing quality.
  • Seeks, evaluates, and implements cost reduction opportunities
  • Prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for inventory purchased
  • Participates in inventory control and investigates and solves inventory discrepancies
  • Resolves vendor service and quality problems
  • Manages maintenance and vendor records
Syarat-syarat
  • Bachelor’s degree or graduate preferably in Business Management / Hospitality. Min GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 2 years in Purchasing Role. Working in and preferably leading
  • Familiar with Food and Beverage Business and process
  • Mastery on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point,etc), Negotiation Skill
  • Able to work in team
  • Good Communication Skills, Written and Verbal, as well as attention to detail

  • Ensure marketing plans support the efforts of sales and revenue
  • Lead budgeting, activation and assessment of programs in order to maximize investment
  • Provides input in creative direction in concept development, copy and design for visual materials for promotions, web projects, Power Point presentations, invitations, printed collateral and internal communications using design software such as Adobe Photoshop
  • Monitor, coordinate and respond to reputation management channels such as guest comment cards, online review sites (Zomato, Google Review, Trip Advisor) to generate positive exposure
  • Foster relationships with media at a local, national, and international level.
  • Engage with media representatives as necessary
  • Coordinate planning, investment and reporting with digital agencies
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting of efforts
Syarat-syarat
  • Bachelor’s degree or graduate preferably in Business Management / Marketing/Communication or Similar Studies are recommended to apply, Min GPA 3.00
  • Excellent Design Sense
  • Minimum 2 years in experience preferably in Food and Beverage Business
  • Strong media knowledge across all platforms (wired, mobile, social, OTT and broadcast)
  • Mastery on Presentation Skill, Negotiation Skill, Microsoft Office, Budgeting and Planning
  • Common with Digital Marketing

  • Coordinate staff scheduling and rotas, and motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets
  • Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
  • Handle customer complaints and queries
  • Implement branded promotional campaigns, including the handling of point of sale promotional materials
  • Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation
