Allo Kopi officially starts roasting in February 2018. Based in Jakarta, Allo Kopi is made up of a team of passionate souls who have been thriving in the coffee industry since 2012. We created a name that rhymes with “hello” as a way to greet coffee devotees and give them the coffee beans they need. We also stick with the Indonesian word for “coffee” to emphasize the quality of local coffee beans—better yet, make them even more well-known internationally. Aside from all that, we would also like to give off familiar and friendly vibes to our clients and customers the same way coffee gives to its drinkers and enthusiasts.
At Allo Kopi, we dedicate our time to roast our coffee every weekday. We roast on a 5 kg and 15 kg roaster to transform our quality raw material, the green coffee beans, into aromatic brown beans through the ideal heat, time, and temperature. After roasting our coffee to the perfect degree, the coffee is then carefully cupped to ensure the consistency of each batch
In order to provide a wide selection of quality products, we have several variants of coffee that ranges from manual brewing to espresso blends. Our coffee also includes seasonal local and international coffee; curated from the best suppliers
